Pet Grooming Agreement

Proof of your pet’s vaccination : Your pet’s safety is our top priority.We require a current proof of your pet’s vaccination record(Dogs-Rabies,DHPP and Bordetella, Cats-Rabies and FVRCP).

​Advance Deposit Policy : Please note that we will need a credit card prepayment to secure your grooming appointment. You will be charged the full price of your booked service.

 

Matted Hair : Your pet is severely tangled or matted,it is at greater risk of injury, stress and trauma. All precautions will be taken.However,problems occasionally arise during or after grooming such as nicks, clipper/brush irritation, itchiness,failure of hair to grow and mental or physical stress.Pets that have excessively matted hair will be subjected to a extra fee (15/15min)and for the safety of the animal may be subjected to a short hair style.

 

Senior Pet : Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one.Please be sure to notify us of any health condition,medical condition.

 

Allergies : Clients will advise us of any allergies,sensitivities, or pre-existing medical conditions so we can avoid aggravating these situations.

 

Pet Behavior and Stress : Please be advised that we reserve the right to cancel and stop any service if the pet becomes unruly or unsafe. Pets that show signs of aggression or bad behaviour will not be tolerated.  

 

If it is necessary for the safety of your pet and the groomer,muzzle,collars,straps etc,will be humanely used. You must inform us if your pet has ever bitten any animal or person.

 

Please be aware that  if your pet does not respond to the groomer and remains still during the grooming procedure,accidents can happen such as nicks from clippers,scissors or nail trimmers.

 

In the best interest of your pet, we request permission to obtain immediate veterinary treatment,at your expense,should it become necessary.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

 We will be requiring a credit card on file in order to schedule an appointment, please be advised that select "I authorize AJiTO to store this card..."at check out.
(If we missed save your credit card information you can simply go to your appointment confirmation email to log in to menu and your profile to complete this)


Please be advised that cancellation or rescheduling made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment must be made through your online account or email us to atmgrooming@gmail.com

 

Cancellations / Reschedule made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service plus HST.

 

No shows will be charged 100% of the service plus HST and will be subjected to a $15 “No Show” fee.

Please be advised that any appointments not confirmed by AJiTO will not be accommodated.

L ate Drop-Off and L ate Pick-Up Policy 

Please be advised that late drop-offs of more than 15 minutes will be subjected to a fee of $15. We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  

 

Please be advised that late pick-ups of more than 15 minutes will be subjected to a fee of $15/0.5h .
